Why you are suggested to produce a new mould?

1. Different customers have different requirements or different sizes of the same design aluminium profile.

2. NAVIEW is a 15-year customized aluminium extrusion manufacturer, we have mold agreement before producing a new customer mold to keep it absolutely safe and confidential in our automatic mold workshop.

If you need extrusion urgent, how do we deal with this situation?

a) Urgent with unavailable mold: the lead time of mold opening is 12 to15 days+, 25 to 30 days for mass production

b) Urgent with available mold: the lead times of mass production is 25-30 days

c) You are suggested to prepare your own sample or CAD with cross-section and size first, we offer design improvement.

A: 7-10 days to build the new moulds, mass production takes around 20-25days for one 20gp, 25-30days for one 40hq

Q5: What is the payment terms?

A: Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) and Letter of Credit (L/C).

Q6: Can you send me samples?

A: Yes, we could offer the sample and you need to pay for the mould coat and freight.
