Q: What is the delivery time ?

15 days for the standard color and 35 days for the customized. It depends on the quantity & details.

Using four steps of package, your goods are given an all-round protection regardless of the cost.

We have been exporting lots of products to overseas, not any client makes complain about the package.

Q: What is your payment items?

Normally we accept 30%~50% of total amount by T/T as deposit and balance before delivery. If you have any other suggestion, pealse contact with us.

Q: Can I come to your factory before I make the order?

Yes, you are welcome to our factory(Foshan, Guangdong). If you like, we would like to pick you up.

Q:How can I know the price exactly?

The price is based on your specific requirements, it is better to provide the following information to help us quote exact price for you.

(1) Official drawing of windows&doors to show us the dimensions, quantity and types;

(2) Type of the glass: single or double glass, laminated or Low-E glass, others;

(3) Any personal requirements.
